This one-hour course will discuss a variety of options for U.S. donors and organizations who want to engage in international philanthropy, from benefiting foreign charitable organizations directly, to sending grants for charitable purposes overseas, to using domestic charities to support foreign activities and operations. This seminar will also review compliance issues with non-tax laws and best practices with respect to counter-terrorism and anti-corruption procedures.
