Litigation involving community associations is unlike other litigation. This course will review the unique issues and requirements that arise in litigation involving community associations, such as requirements for pre-suit mediation and arbitration demands, the rules of procedure applicable to community associations, defenses available to community associations, and ethical considerations when handling litigation involving community associations.
