The course for community association practitioners will review the best and required uses of technology in community associations with a focus on the application of technology to association operations. The course includes discussions regarding legal and practical issues of operating and maintaining association websites, conducting electronic voting, holding remote meetings, and signature requirements in the digital age. The presentation will also address the best use of technology for official records maintenance and unit owner requests for access to official records and other requests.
