Every day in the practice of workers’ compensation, practitioners will contend with issues involving the Claimant’s entitlement to indemnity benefits and the amount to be paid to the Claimant. This course will address how to calculate a Claimant’s AWW, as addressed in Florida Statutes and the accompanying case law.
