This program is a review of Director and Officer's liability and insurance from association, insurance and litigation perspectives. The panel members will make presentations on association board liability, new statutory condominium requirements, coverage in typical D&O and other policies, risk management, and recent case law. The presentations will be followed by a moderated panel discussion regarding the subjects from the three different perspectives. The program will provide attendees with insights on navigating the complexities of actual and potential liabilities for association board members, how the liabilities have changed with the new statutory requirements and what liabilities will be covered by insurance policies.
