The 2026 Florida Elder Law Symposium is a three-day comprehensive course on elder law. Days two and three – the Advanced Track – takes a deeper dive into various elder disciplines and will benefit all elder law practitioners, from those looking to deepen their expertise and expand their practices to those wanting an extensive review of the law that affects an elder law practice. Over the course of two days, the instructors in this advanced-level seminar will share their extensive legal knowledge, experience, and practical tips on topics such as guardianship; estate planning; fiduciary litigation and representation; Medicaid, Veteran’s, and other public benefits; facility resident rights; and other related topics. As an added benefit, bonus segments include a keynote presentation on the regulatory and policy implications of using generative AI to facilitate digital interactions with incapacitated and deceased individuals, as well as conversational musings from the Elder Law Section’s lobbyists on the 2026 Florida legislative session. If you attend one elder law CLE this year, this should be it.
