Plans are underway for the 37th Annual Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference taking place at The Breakers Palm Beach, August 24-25, 2018. Now is the time to take advantage of the opportunity to market your services or products to leading real property, probate and trust law attorneys, and trust officers.
The cost for exhibit space is $2,500 and there are only twenty-five (25) spaces available. This fee includes (1) 6' draped table for table-top exhibits only, (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket. This fee also includes admission for (2) representatives to all ATO ticketed events. In addition, the hotel will separately bill you a drayage charge for your exhibit display (if shipped to the hotel). Electricity and Internet can be provided by the hotel for an additional charge.
Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis, upon receipt of the completed contract and payment. Exhibit space cannot be reserved by telephone. Payment must be made in full before space is assigned. You will want to act now, as space is limited and fills up quickly.

Note: ATO Event Sponsors that wish to also wish to exhibit receive a $500 discount on the cost of exhibit space.
Should you need overnight accommodations, a block of sleeping rooms has been contracted with The Breakers at the group rate of $249 per night, and our sponsors and exhibitor may reserve up to 2 rooms in the block, in addition to any rooms for which they have paid registrations to the conference.

Subject to the Rules and Regulations contained on page two of this contract and in consideration of the rental fee per booth, we hereby agree to rent from The Florida Bar exhibit space indicated below during the 37th Annual Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference.
Pursuant to this contract, booth space leased includes one 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket. This fee also includes admission for two representatives to all ATO ticketed events.
