Plans are underway for the 38th Annual Legislative & Case Law Update, taking place at The Breakers in Palm Beach on Friday, July 27, 2018. This event will be held in conjunction with the RPPTL Section Executive Council Meeting July 26 – July 29, 2018. Now is the time to take advantage of the opportunity to market your services or products to leading real property, probate and trust law attorneys.
The costs are detailed below. This fee includes recognition in the on-site program, one full page PDF advertisement in the coursebook. Booth Exhibitors will receive two(2) tickets to the Thursday night Welcome Reception, one 6' draped table, two chairs, breakfast and lunch for two(2) booth attendees the day of the seminar. The fee does not include registration fees for any of the other RPPTL Section events taking place over this weekend. Electricity and Internet can be provided by the hotel for an additional charge — these forms will be provided to you prior to the event. Please do not bring any displays that will not fit on a 6' table. 8' or larger displays will not be permitted.

$1,400.00 Discounted Rate for existing sponsors of the RPPTL Section
$800.00 Charging Station Sponsorship (Exhibit booth, complimentary luncheon and reception tickets NOT included with sponsorship.)
$3,000.00 Cookie Break Sponsor (Includes three(3) luncheon tickets, and three(3) reception tickets. Does NOT include exhibit booth.)
Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis, upon receipt of the completed contract and payment. Exhibit space cannot be reserved by telephone. Payment must be made in full before assignment of space is given. The only way to ensure you receive a spot is to reserve your space now.
